Cook's By The Ocean has been managing this cottage resort since 1932. We have 14 cottages open for rentals from the Friday before Memorial Day in May thru Columbus Day weekend in October. The minimum rental is weekly. (Saturday to Saturday) We are on our fifth generation of families returning year after year.  The cottages are scattered about on the sand dunes 125 feet above the beach on the Atlantic Ocean side of Cape Cod. The beach is uncrowded with available access for all our guests. Only the pictures posted on our site can describe what you will discover here at Cook's By The Ocean.

    The cottages are all different in size and shape. All have complete kitchens, outside grills, and housekeeping facilities. There are no phones, fax machines, or TV's in them. Cell phone service for all major carriers works fine here. This is a very special place, and it is our wonderful guests that visit year after year that make it so special.
